    I usually really like the meals, but this was peppers 3X a day for 3 days, I don't mind some pepper but that is just way too much, too restrictive and a bit boring. Hopefully next time you'll have something with less peppers.

    While there is no denying this is very healthy, it’s also so bland, with very little variety, and you would really have to have a lot of willpower to stick to a diet consisting of these recipes. I have lost weight in the past (I’ve never been fat, only medium sized, but after my 2nd kiddo, I lost around 13kg/25-30lbs) and maintained it for 7-8yrs, through diet and exercise. (I don’t eat that way anymore, and I am unable to exercise - aside from daily walks and very light stretching, due to health related circumstances, so I have gained back what I previous lost in the past and have stayed there for around 6yrs now - My starting weight 13ish years ago and my current weight around around the same, I am about 150lb - 155lb and I am just over 5’9, so I am not overweight, but I would like to be about 10lb lighter. Most people cannot maintain a diet like this, because it is boring and bland, and it will cause people to binge. You need to eat well, but incorporate flavour and variety, and you actually do need a lot more healthy fats that this video is showing. I do applaud people who can eat this simply though. I wish I could eat like this and be satisfied. I think this is def good to incorporate some meals like this into your weekly recipes.

    I just made Creamy Pasta With Spinach (300cal) For my husband and I. The only things I forgot to get/add - an extra tomato (since I cooked 2 servings I only had one tomato about 5oz) - chilli flakes (Idk how I missed it! But don't skip this if you love spice.) - spinach (I added cilantro instead but next time, definitely getting spinach. Just make sure to add lime when serving as well) I also used the laughing cow white cheddar cheese 2 wedge. Each 25 calories. And for serving, I did a bit of lime juice. It was so tasty. I am definitely gonna be adding this to my meal plan rotation. Super easy and super quick. ❤❤
